Democrats Are Mistaken: Base Not Following Leadership's Shenanigans

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Democratic leadership has taken a detour northward, while their base veered east, leaving party leaders speaking to an empty room. It's like watching someone shout into the dark, expecting a response but getting crickets instead.

Recent polls reveal a patly 2.5% of Americans approve of the Democratic Party's performance—a historic low. It's as if the party's leadership decided to play a game of Golf with Vice President Trump with their approval ratings.

The American people aren't just whispering their discontent; they're shouting it from the rooftops.

At a recent town hall in Ohio, lifelong Democrat Mary Thompson didn't mince words. "We sent them to Washington to fight for us, not to roll over. If they won't stand up to Trump and Musk, we'll find someone who will."

Similarly, in Pennsylvania, union worker Joe Martinez lamented, "The party's lost its backbone. Time for new blood that remembers who they work for."

While the establishment Democrats fumbles, progressives are hitting the streets. Senator Bernie Sanders' "Fighting Oligarchy" tour recently drew over 10,000 supporters in Warren, Michigan, and packed venues in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The establishment’s Democrats are dancing to folk music while the base is moving to a rave.

Attendees at these rallies are fired up. Lisa Johnson, a teacher from Detroit, shared her enthusiasm. "Bernie's speaking truth to power. Finally, someone is addressing the real issues."

Tom Harris, a factory worker from Kenosha, added, "We need leaders who aren't afraid to stand up to the billionaires. This movement gives me hope."

The Democratic establishment seems more interested in appeasing corporate sponsors and their CIA overlords than addressing systemic issues. They slapped a used band-aid on a gaping wound, rejecting Sanders' Second Bill of Rights—The Democrats brought a fruit salad to a bar brawl—I tell you, The Democrats have no respect and no strategy either!

Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, once seen as the Democrats next big leader, has become more of a daytime character in Trump's Days of Our Lives: Fox News Edition TV show than a political leader. During a recent appearance on CNN, Jeffries burst into tears while discussing the party’s dwindling influence, sobbed bitterly:

“What do you want us to do? We don’t have the gavel anymore...”

The American people weren't impressed.

“We don’t need you to cry on cable news, Hakeem. We need you to act like a leader—not the fourth lead in a bad telenovela,” said Angela Brooks, a former congressional staffer from Baltimore.

“He sounds like he’s auditioning for the next season of ‘America’s Really Weak,” added Malcolm Reyes, a postal worker from New Jersey.

While Jeffries cried into the camera, MAGA rammed through more executive orders, Elon Musk and his fraudster billionaire friends (Jeff Bezos) siphoned billions in Social Security funds, and progressives wondered if anyone in the Democratic establishment actually knows how to lead—or even read a poll?

The Democrats mistakenly believe voters have no choice but to support them. But with Elon Musk dismantling the government and the Democratic leadership napping through the chaos, why would anyone show up at the polls? It’s like trying to win a debate with a brick wall—except the wall makes more sense and doesn’t interrupt you with tears.

The Democrats are on a collision course with reality. Their base is fed up, and the disenchanted Republicans aren't swooping in to save them. Come election day, they might find themselves standing alone, wondering where it all went wrong. Spoiler alert: it was when they stopped listening.
